Corel has been more aggressive the last year, trying to protect their software much harder.I have never seen this warning, but I have neither downloaded the extensions either.I'm using the 'extensions' from a earlier CorelDraw Package. Look out for the 'Content Pack', some Gb's of size.I'm quite sure, that once started downloading extensions, the serial and auth. Code you have enteres, has been sent to corel. And that's why you get the message. Do never contact these companies, my advice. (see attached screen shot)Meanwhile worked around by system-restore, disconnect internet, re-install and firewalling Corel Draw from internet, but now can't get extensions. What can be done?and where's THE KAISER?Thanks! If you dropped the firewall for any reason and allowed Corel to contact their servers than more than likely any crack you used has now been rendered useless.
Thanks people,Just to be clear, I didn't set down the firewall, as it never went up; and I didn't try getting extensions. All I did was install, and ran Corel - as instructed by THE Kaiser. On the 2nd run I got that warning, and only then, as a part of my workaround - set up the firewall, and when I tried setting some feature (don't remember which, something international maybe), Corel itself asked to download an extension, but obviously couldn't, bcoz of the firewall.Meanwhile the workaround is working fine.
